Can I pay my bills online?
Your membership with Mvelopes Business includes a full-featured bill pay service for up to 15 transactions per month. With this service you also have the flexibility to make payments to anybody. Now you can pay not only your monthly bills online, but for anyone you owe money you can send them a check with online bill pay too! With Mvelopes Bill Pay Service you can pay anyone. You can even transfer funds from a checking account at one institution to the checking account at another. No more writing checks or licking stamps — It's all done for you! In Mvelopes Bill Pay, what actions count towards my 15 transactions per month?
One bill pay transaction will be deducted from the fifteen available each time you make a single payment from your checking account to the payee of your choice. If you transfer money from one checking account to another, this process involves two separate electronic transactions, and will deduct two transactions from the fifteen available.
What if I go over 15 bill pay transactions in one month?
For each bill pay transaction above the 15 included with the Mvelopes service, you will be charged $0.50. This charge will be deducted from the checking account you have added to the bill pay service.
How do I cancel my Trial Membership?
You may cancel your 30-day free trial at any time on or before your expiration date. In order to protect your account, we require that you contact a customer service representative via live chat to obtain a cancellation confirmation number. Email or regular postal mail are not acceptable as a method of cancellation. Our Customer Care department is open to assist you with billing and cancellation enquiries from 8AM to 5PM Mountain Time, Monday through Friday.
Why do you need my email address?
A valid email address is required for registration so that we may send important communications to you about any changes to your account. Having your correct email address is critical. Please notify us at customer.service in2m.com if you change your email address. You are responsible for keeping us informed about changes to your email address as well as for the information we email to you there. We do not share or sell your information, including your email address, except as outlined in our Privacy Policy.
Can I use Mvelopes if I don't live in Canada, the United States, or Australia?
We have not officially launched outside of the US, Canada, or Australia. This is primarily due to a lack of financial institution support and an inability to provide the high level of customer support that we currently provide to time zones in our current market. However, we continue to review possible markets for expansion. Please continue checking our website, as we will communicate information about when we plan to launch in a new market.
